The Midlands Testing Services, Inc. Academy is our online platform for professional skills development. It adopts an online university-style format, offering comprehensive training in skills and testing procedures, accessible from anywhere globally.

Within the academy, testers have the flexibility to learn at their own pace, enrolling in courses that cover various topics, including:

Administrators can closely monitor each tester’s progress through their individual accounts, ensuring that milestones are achieved. This learning environment caters to both new and experienced testers in need of a refresher.

Collectors have the opportunity to progress at their own pace by completing structured training courses created by our experienced training staff. Our collector trainers, certified and well-versed in DOT and Non-DOT drug testing, maintain their MTS Academy accounts. The system diligently tracks their progress to ensure consistent and effective delivery of regulatory compliance training.

Live, two-way video instruction is available as needed through our video conferencing system, supplementing the academy and providing instructor-to-collector training, regardless of the collector’s location.
